Kale totally gives me super powers...
I use my super powers as a Holistic Nutritionist, whole food chef, health educator, and yoga teacher to help people see how easy and delicious being healthy can be.

I regularly write a food and wellness blog, which has been featured across the interwebs and in magazines - Dare magazine, Earth Mother in the Raw, and Raw Guru to list a few places. I am also a featured chef on Raw Food Recipes and have spoken as a nutrition expert at two highly anticipated talks at the 2013 Toronto Vegetarian Food Festival.

With almost a decade in marketing and copywriting, my writing experience is quite broad. I've written every for every type of medium, including articles, web copy, and marketing materials with subject matter ranging from nutrition to finances to sustainable transportation.
